Return and Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled at Kinder Klere ("we", "us", or "our"). By making a purchase from kinderklere.shop (the "Site"), you agree to the terms outlined below.

Kinder Klere specializes in children's clothing, footwear, and accessories. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer Remorse

If you purchased the wrong product, the item doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for bearing the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at kinderklereoofficials@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Special orders or personalized items
  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or use.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
