Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled at Kinder Klere ("we", "us", or "our"). By making a purchase from www.kinderklere.shop (the "Site"), you agree to the terms outlined below.

Kinder Klere specializes in children’s clothing for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3). Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Returns

We have a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at kinderklere@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Special order or customized items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or use.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference (such as incorrect size, color, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item meets the return conditions outlined above.
